This is your opportunity to enroll in your Employer’s Flexible Benefit Cafeteria Plan for the next plan year. Before you proceed to the secure online enrollment module, we recommend a review of the Flex Plan by clicking the following links.

Healthcare Reform Act Changes:

  • The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) limits the maximum amount that an employee can elect to contribute to a health care flexible spending account (FSA) is $2,600 per year. This limit does not include employer contributions to a Health FSA.
  • IRS Notice 2013-54 has made Individual Insurance premiums either purchased from the exchange or from the private market are ineligible for reimbursement effective January 1st, 2014.
  • Over-the-Counter Medications are not eligible for reimbursement from the Medical FSA under the Flex Plan. If you are taking an Over-the-Counter product (such as Claritin), if prescibed by your physician, you still may be reimbursed from the Medical FSA by submitting a "paper" claim, along with a receipt and a copy of Prescription. Forms are available on the opening page of this website.
  • Medical Expenses for "adult children" may be submitted for reimbursement. An "adult child" is your child that has not attained the age of 26, they do not have to live with you, they can be married and they do not have to be enrolled in college.
